"Linda" 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of the triplet: Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight Bench press: body weight Clean: 3/4 body weight Set up three bars and storm through for time. This was a killer WOD. I thought I might have scaled it back too much but believe me I was sore when I was done. I scaled the weights as follows: Deadlift: 135 (body weight), Bench: 100 lbs., and Clean 75 lbs. I also scaled the reps to do only the even numbers so I did 10,8,6,4,2. I finished in a respectable time of 10:46 which led me to believe that I had scaled too much. However about 30 minutes later I could already feel my back and shoulders getting tight. Part of me wishes I had attempted at the full reps since I scaled the weight or that I had at least done it at the RX'd Weight, but I just don't think I could have cleaned 100 lbs. I am definitely looking forward to doing this one again.
