Friday I decided to try a work out from CrossFit Cleveland. It was a tough one. I also shot some video of me doing it. The video is from the second round. It was shot with a simple P&S camera and edited with Adobe Premier. This was the first time I had played with Premiere so some of the editiing is not as good as it should be.
The workout was
5 Rounds for time of:
10 - pullups
20 - dips
30 - KB swings (I did 44 lb the first round and 35 lb in the vid)
40 - Mountain Climbers
I only managed 2 rounds and a 3rd set up pullups. Might have made more,
but I was ready to puke and running out of time to be home. Looking forward to trying this one again in the future.

Pattrns - Additcitve Matching Game
Written by Noah Alkinburgh
Thursday, 23 April 2009
A friend of mine recently wrote a very addictive game called Pattrns. It is based on the card games Blink and Set. The object of the game is to make a set of matching patterns, either in order and color or color and type. It is surprisingly difficult in the begining, but with the newest version help screens have been added that make the learning curve much shorter. The latest version online also has some very clever sound effects and the ability to change the levels. If you are familiar with Blink or Set then you will probably be able to jump right in and play, but if you are new to the game I would suggest you begin your Pattrn matching career on the "Just Learning" or "Have Some Fun Level".
This question was asked on Mahalo Answers. Here is the full question:
What does Easter mean to you?
Just like the title asks, What does Easter mean to you? (prefer a little more then the religious aspect, looking for personal meaning/traditions/ and insights)
I found this to be an interesting question. I usually do not get into what would be considered a "religious discussion" online but I really felt compelled to answer. If you would like to see my answer and some more thoughts please keep reading. I would also love to hear your thoughts too.
