Wendy (wife): What is your favorite  band?

 

Me: Depends on the genre I feel like listening to, why?

 

Wendy: Brayton (son) said something really funny, but I don't remember what it was. You should ask him.

 

NEXT DAY

Dad (me): Brayton who is my favorite band?

 

Brayton (son 6yrs old): Weezers (yes not Weezer, Weezers)

 

Dad: Why do you think that?

 

Brayton: Because when I was having trouble breathing mommy said I was weezing and you said I should be a Weezers and then you kept singing the song "If you want to destroy my sweatshirt"

 

Yep my favorite band is Weezers and my favorite song is the sweatshirt song...

 

Isn't it funny what kids hear and pick up on.
